Free shipping throughout Spain
The price you see on every ring includes shipping. There are no extra charges at the end of your order and no minimum spend.
Timings
We make to order, so the timeline has two parts:
- Making: up to 7 working days from the moment we confirm the design and the payment. If your ring includes engraving or a special adjustment, we give you a firm date when you place the order.
- Delivery: between 2 and 4 working days with Correos, once it leaves the workshop.
If you need the piece for a particular date, tell us before you buy and we will confirm whether we can make it.
Tracking your order
When your order leaves the workshop we send you an email with a summary of your purchase. If you want to know where it is at any point, message us on WhatsApp at +34 613 46 09 01 and we will tell you.
How to pay
Payment is handled by PayPal, which also lets you pay by credit or debit card without needing an account. At checkout you are taken to PayPal and, once the payment is confirmed, you receive an email with the details of your order and we start making it.
Shipping outside Spain
We also work with customers outside Spain. Write to us before ordering and we will confirm timings and conditions for your country.
